samehadaku is an aggregator service that displays information and metadata (titles, posters, ratings, synopses) sourced from third parties such as TMDB and other public providers. samehadaku does not host, upload, or store any video files on its servers. All content and its copyright belong to the respective creators and official publishers.

Because we only display metadata and point to third-party sources, the most effective takedown is usually made directly with the hosting provider that actually stores the file. However, if you are a copyright owner (or an authorized agent) and want a listing removed from samehadaku, we will act on valid requests promptly.

How to submit a takedown request

Send an email to the address below with the following information:

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
The exact URL(s) on samehadaku where the material is referenced.
Your contact details (full name, email address, and, if acting as an agent, the party you represent).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.
